‘PDS’ Enables Water-Based Direct-to-Chip Cooling for High-Performance AI Infrastructure

The patented innovation addresses biological fouling in cold plate micro-channels, a persistent obstacle that has limited the use of water as a primary coolant in high-density computing environments.
